Global Innovation Index 2020Today, the World Intellectual Property Organization released the Global Innovation Index (GII) 2020 co-published with Cornell University and INSEAD at a global virtual launch event, with the participation of Mr. Francis Gurry, Director General, WIPO; Mr. Wang Zhigang, Minister for Science and Technology, China; Ms. Agnès Pannier-Runacher, Minister delegate in Charge of Industry, France; Ms. Christine Lambrecht, Minister for Justice and Consumer Protection, Germany; and Mr. Piyush Goyal, Minister of Commerce and Industry and Railways, India.
